I just applied Fertilizer with Crabgrass preventer to my own yard last week. It rained hard for five days straight right after applying it. Is it possible that it could of rained so much that the fertilizer washed away or it will lose it's effectiveness? Just wondering if I should re-apply. Any input is really appreciated, thanks!

Give it another week or so, and check for visible results of the fertilizer. Did everything green up nice and evenly? Are the low spots alot greener than the slopes?

You may want to check the label of the product you applied and see if a second application is recommended. You can do a second application, as labeled, just to be sure.....
