This has been on youtube since October put up there by Toro itself. How did we miss this one? I drew one similar to this one a few years ago but with a different steering mechanism. I'll go and look on Toros site to see if it is listed yet.
Edit: I can't find it on www.toro.com so they must be springing it on us soon.

Very interesting. I doubt you will see many LCOs running one of these, but I can definitely see park departments and municipalities and such making good use of this machine.

Looks good. Thing is what is the tag on that baby?? Big money or not? I could see it. Now if they make that in a WAM I think that would be better.

Pretty sure that's not intended for the commercial cutters. That's a golf course and sports field complex machine... Obviously for rough and not fariways... Where equipment budgets are often the skies the limit. I'd guess the price around 25 grand.

Would be great where there's slopes around water. Much less likely for that to loose traction and end up in a pond.

I put that video up back last summer or fall...just happened to see it when it was just put on YT. I called the local dealer to ask about it and they weren't even aware that it was being made. In their defense tho, they are an eqp rental co that had just started selling Toro ZTR's.
They checked into it and found that they were made primarily for golf courses. If I remember correctly there are several attachments that can be mounted on the front of the machine. Seems like the price was between 25 and 30K....but it's been a while.

unit28 posted the link to that machine on toro's website. They seggerate the golf/sports turf machines from the normal mowers. Ask a regular toro dealer about a triplex mower or a fairway mower, I'm betting they aren't going to able to help you. They utilize a totally different dealer network for those types of machines.

I would like to see an Exmark version of this with a series 6, 60" deck and smaller platform and weigh in around 1700lbs. Power it with a 35hp gas or 30hp diesel and with 4x4 drive and steering. Also drop the attachment kit on the front and slim it down all over, maybe drop the 2 wheel steering in travel mode. These things should get it to the general market for around $17,000, a bit steep for most of us but there would be a market for this type of dedicated mower for guys that do large properties and hilly areas.
