Toro hydro-hydro motor

One of my mowers went down over a month ago. A toro 3000 72in. Broke a nose cone bolt that connects the motor to the wheel motors. The broken bolt is stuck in the hydro-motor. Took it to the dealer because I never have good luck removing broken bolts, well evidently the dealer doesn't either because they broke an easy out in it. Sooo, now they want over 4 grand including work the already done to put in a new hydro motor. Is there any other place out there that sells these motors? I'm having hard time swallowing this bill, just due to the fact the motor is probably 2/3 the value of the mower. Half notion to just tell them to forget it, as its taken them over a month to even get this far with it and never bothered to call and update me on it.

Ok your a farmer. Well I'm not a farmer. I'm not a rocket appliance. But my dad is a TV repair man with a awesome set of tools and I can fix this!

Do you know any machinists ? A local machine shop can do it. Not cheap.
