I have a Toro 37" 12.5 Kawa. gear drive walk behind. The mower is going
seven years old. Over the years I have adjusted the control arms by taking the hair pin cotter and turning the control rods. The t-bar is pinching my fingers. I'm wondering is there some other type of adjustments I can do or is it the two large drive belts that need to be replaced? I have all the manuals that came with the mower and that are useless in helping me on this.

    Thanks

I also have a toro 37" recycler about the same age. I had a similar problem and replaced the 2 large belts and the 2 small drive pulleys. It is amazing how much wear these small drive pulleys get. I also had to replace the 2 small drive pulley bearings. Hope this isn't too late and that it helps.
