My Toro 36" WBH belt drive T-Bar pulls to one side when the T-bar is fully depressed. Both belts are tight. Is there any adjustment for this, I have not found any thing about it in the manual. Thanks

Check the tire pressure on both sides is my only suggestion. There is no tracking adjustment for belt drives. If the belts are tight and the tires are the same diameter it goes straight.

^^ This is true unless one of your belts is worn down, glazed and slipping.

If the adjustments are at opposite ends of the belt tensioner rod, I would have to believe that it would not track straight when the T-bar is fully engaged. Make sure the adjustments are at about the same place.
