Hi!!
I just picked up one of these bad boys and I gotta say I should of got one years ago. I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a self propel adjustment for the speed?. The speed is to fast for these wet days and adjusting the speed using the handle is just annoying.

Thanks

its a ill advised desighn from day one. you cannot expect to have strong and variable self propel from a mower of this size and weight with what is really a one speed trans. its just personal pace disguised as a commercial mower.

we have had this discussion before and you are using the mower wrong and if you were my employee and I saw you using a toro 3 speed this way-you would be fired. try operating one this way tru thick spongey st Augustine grass and see how far you get. you are burning up belts and wearing down pulleys prematurely this way.
