I paid $1750 for my used Toro fixed deck T-bar belt-drive walk behind. Its probably 5-6 years old. I'd say thats a good price. Does it have any extras like a sulky, catcher etc?

yes thats a fair price. that mower is bullet-proof. kawi engine is solid. That mower new is $3k+, so 1 year old low hours $800-$1200 off is fair.

The new Toro Belt drive walkbehinds are going for $2800 for 36" and up to $3200 for 48" so if the mower you looking at is new $2000 would be a great deal.

I just got my financing approved on Thursday, and I bought everything you mentioned in a 36" for 2,955. I paid a little more than I had to, because I trust the dealer I bought it from. This is a 2007 model, but if that one is an 06 with no hours or very few hours, that would be a steal.
