I have a 1997 Toro gear-drive WB mower, model 30177. In Aug-Sep it was popping circuit breakers (CB) and I couldn't keep the blades turning. The dealer replaced the stator, electric blade clutch and a module. Problem solved until today. Now I can't get the blades to disengage. I shut it down and when I restarted the motor the blades started up too. I disconnected the OP switch plug and they still turn. I can pull the CB and they go off but engage as soon as the CB is put back in. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks.

If you un-plugged the deck engagement switch and the blades still turn but with the CB out stops, It sounds like you could have a short in the interlock module or the relay could be sticking or a short in the wire harness.
