I have a Toro WB with the Kohler 14 engine. It is about 10 years old and has an electrical problem. Does anybody have one of these mowers and if so is there any way I could see a copy of the wiring diagram. I'm trying to bypass the solid state relay that serves as a safety. Nothing dangerous in doing this as it really only keeps the mower from starting while the blade is engaged. This mower does not have the operator presence switch either. I get no help from my dealer with this (or TORO) and would appreciate any comments.

Replace the switch that turns on the PTO (electric clutch).
Toro part# 37-2610. Or you could by the universal replacement at proparts.com part # 12-17543 for $9.45.

This is the only safety device on that machine. All it does is open the ignition circuit so the machine won't start with the pto switch in the blades engaged position.
