    Engine will not stay running unless I hold the key in the start position.Just replaced the switch and this did not fix the problem.

    Check all the connections. Thats weird,,, maybe there is a short someplace. If you replaced the switch then something must be shorting it out causing it not to stay in the correct position.
    Did you call you dealer? They at least might be able to walk you through the problem.

    Yeah I called the dealer They are not sure either at this point.

    Please post model #'s for the unit and engine as well if possible,/ you may have the wrong switch.

    Likely a bad seat switch. Not involved when starting.
