I am considering purchasing a Toro Z500 27hp Kohler with 7 gauge deck. Does anyone here use this mower or have any advice before I purchase? The dealer has this mower for $6,999. They also have the same mower with the Turbo Force deck for $7499. Is this worth the extra $500?

The 7-gauge deck is pretty similar to the turbo force. Really, the 7-gauge deck is just a scaled back version of the turbo force. With the turbo force you will get the adjustable baffle, bull-nosed front bumper and I think thats it. But the extra $500 is well worth it...the turbo force deck is one of the top decks on the market in my opinion.

Absolutely go with the Turbo Force, I promise you will not regret it. One of the best decks out on the market right now. You will also get your money back on resale I would imagine if you ever decided to sell on down the road...

Well worth the extra few hundred bucks..I can guarantee you!
