I am currently a fert n squirt guy who has an apportunity to take on mowing a townhouse property. I was looking for some pointers into how to come about with a price for my bid. It has 44 units on it. The square footage is 150000. At this time it would just be myself doing the mowing and trimming. Any input would be helpful. thank you

I would say somewhere around $1300 to $1500 a week at 44homes, but that is just an estimate.

    Where in MN is it??

Around Forest Lake it's running about $45 / unit / month for mowing, fert, chem, plowing, for the year.

So your 44 units, multiplied by 45, would be roughly $2,000 per month.

Obviously you'll need to adjust either up or down depending on amount of work per common areas.

I've done some where there were 16 units, but they only had a total of 6k sq ft of turf.

Then there was a group of 50 townhomes that had about 6 acres of turf, so those prices had to be adjusted.
