Has anyone used a trencher mounted on the three point hitch of a tractor? I have a 47 Hp. tractor with a hydro and would like to try one.

I've seen one used and it did a good job. They are good for light duty jobs like a water line etc. I have one that fits on my skid steer and it does a good job. It's good for light duty jobs. Mine is made by Bradco. If you are doing heavy duty trenching, get a dedicated trencher.

I have seen a tractor mounted trencher, in Illinois, and the tractor was not as large as yours.
I have seen Bradco models, but I have no first hand experience with them.
