I would think that a 18 or 20 footer would be sufficient.

I would go at least 20'. Its going to be close, I can only fit 2 60" riders on my 18 trailer, 20' I would be able to get 3 on. I can easily fit 3 riders in my 26' enclosed :)

I bought an 8'x20' enclosed trailer back in March. I carry 2 ztrs, 2 32" walk-behinds, and a 21" push mower. We had to put the 21" on a homemade platform to clear up floor space. To this day, we joke about needing a bigger trailer. You will be better off buying slightly bigger than too small. And having the trailer be 8' wide instead of the normal 6'-6'5" allows a nice little walk-way too.

I have a 16 foot trailer and put scag 52" turf tiger, scag 36" walkbehind sideways, then Hustler mini z 52" and have about 3 inches on back. It is pretty tight. I think a 20ft would be sufficent as long as you dont have a cage on the front of the trailer. That is alot of mowers to carry around. I try to only carry one walkbehind and one ztr as much as possible. With all three mowers on my truck sucks up some gas and my trailer eats up tires. Just something to think about.

I can fit 3 ztr's tightly on my 20 footer, so you should be able to pull that off with the walk behinds, as they take up slightly less space.

You might want to do the math because you have 20.6' feet of mowers.
So NO a 18' or 20' wont work.
You'll need at least a 22' and that will be cutting it close.

7' wide will be cutting it close also. if you have an 86" long mower that sounds like a 72" cut or bigger. make sure your deck will fit comfortably in a 7' space.

You might also consider a side gate for the walk behinds, it will suck if you have to unload two large Z's to get to a walk behind every time. It will save time, starters and gas on the Z's also.
