training employees

    how long do you guys spend on training your employees and how do you guys go about retraining. i have a guy who is a great worker and reliable but lately has been slipping in workmanship.behind his back i ***** and ***** but am i doing something wrong how often should i retrain this guy or is there something wrong with my initial trianing

    Was their workmanship good at one time? How long did you training them in the begining? How long have they been working in this industry?

    thanks for the reply.

    he was always keen...very keen ,quick and reliable they are the good points.but he was always brash. to be honest i dont think i can get anyone more reliable than this guy............but he has lost the plot.in regards to customer service the more i write the more i know what i have to do with this guy
