I am looking a technician who likes traveling. The job mostly entails cutting trenches (either by trencher or the old fashion way), installing PVC conduit, fishing wire, and settings poles. All travel, meals, and lodging are paid. See http://bit.ly/2DkSN80 for more info and to apply.

    Thanks

What’s the pay for someone that meets every criteria listed and has experience on every field listed?

    you’re not describing a 1099 position then
Sub contractors cover their own expenses

Why not? Seems like a good place to find someone with irrigation and landscape lighting skills. While its neither of those those things but is the same workflow.
