Can someone tell me what kind of tree this is?
Possibly an Ash, or an ornamental pear of some sort.
Otherwise it looks like a volunteer tree.
looks like an ash tree
If it is an Ash, give it ten years and it will be dead from the Emerald Ash Borer.
looks like a black cherry? crush the leaves and it will spell sweet like cherries if it is
Thanks for the replies guys.....
Its definently a black cherry, You can tell very easily by the bark and leaves. If you look a picture of it, it should match.
Looks like a bradford pear to me. Plenty of them around our area and up toward your area.
