So I was asked by a property manager for pricing on planting 18 Scotch Pines. The trees need to be 5’ high so not overwhelmingly big. What is ball park pricing for planting trees?

    $3.50 per tree

What's your hourly rate? How long does it take you to dig?

Cost of tree x your mark up x 2. Installed price.

The most important thing to consider is if you have to warranty the trees. If you have no liability on whether they live or die then you only need to price your initial planting, but if you need to warranty them then the price must be much higher. I would avoid warranting them at all costs even if it means losing the job.
