Troy built pony trouble

    I gotta troy built pony that's took a dump.
    It starts and runs fine. When you put it under load, it shuts off.

    Like maybe the gearcase is locked up?

    Maybe check the safety switches, A model number would be nice though.

    On a tiller? Or did the "Pony" name extend to mowers also? Well.. NM.. i guess you DO have the possibility of the switches on the handles.

    OK newz7151, Guess I spoke out of key here. Horse models are the ones with the safety switches. :hammerhead:

    the gear case isn't loocked up. the tines spin like theyy should and when you set it on the ground, it will till 6' and die out.
