I am going full time this spring, and am wondering about my truck expenses. Everything else is owned by the business, but the truck is my personal vehicle as well ('05 F-350). What is the best way for me to handle this? Actual expenses with all receipts (i.e. oil changes, fuel, etc), keep track of my mileage and use the standard deduction allowed on that, pay for the truck through the company, and buy everything through the company account? Can I pay all the truck expenses like that even with the truck in my personal name (though I am listed as the owner of the company) .
