I'm building my 6 year old a turbo charged riding lawn mower. Turbo is of a Chevy cruz.i ported the head. Custom made manifold. Welded the waste gate closed.

I'm building a turbo charged riding lawn mower for my 6 year old. Turbo off a Chevy Cruz. I hacked off the manifold. Fabricated a flange to pipe. I will use a single injection
stand alone system. Pickup off the flywheel. Knife edge crank,forged piston and rod. ACL RACING BEARINGS. Stand alone water cooling system to turbo.i removed all factory pulley system. Axle flip in the front. Lowerd the back 3 inches.

Actually it would not be very hard. You would probably need to put a different fuel pump on it to overcome the pressure in the bowl. On the kawasaki's it would be easy to get the vent hooked up so you dont need a carb box or what not. The external vented ones just run a tube...the internal vented will be good as long as long as your intake is sealed up. What this does is pressurize the bowl to the same level as the air flowing through the carb.
Well luckily I got 30 years of honda building and engineering degree.. I hold 3 patents on lowrider suspension and designed a flat plane camshafts fir vtec engines. I thought about the carb issue. I'm looking for a single injected throttle body. I got a titanium rod. Bored to 90 mm. I build 1000 hp 4 cylinders. 1 cylinder. No problem. Lol. Way back when I put NOS on a B&S 5 hp motor. Lol. Blew parts everywhere. It ran on a 75 dry for 4-5 sec and puked


Grab a book by Corky Bell. That should get you started if you wanna learn more about turbos.
