My Skag Turf Tiger 61" ZTR is a great machine, however if sharp turns are made on especially wet grass it tends to tear up the turf. Has anyone else experienced this problem, maybe i am not doing something right. We mainly have St. Augustine grass in our area.

Here are couple of things to try mate

    #1 Slower turns

#2 When turning a Z in tight turn you should have both wheels moving in the opposite direction aposed to one wheel moving and the other wheel stoped and pivoting that just rips the turf.

#3 Or three point turns are a good way aswell. :)

On some grasses, a ZTR is not really a ZTR because of this issue.
It has been so wet of late here that even the front casters cause some minor divoting when they pivot. All suggestions noted previously work though.
