I was mowing today and a gust of wind took some the grass on top of my deck into the exhaust and caught fire. Put the fire out and grabbed the grass by hand and threw it into the bed of my truck and went back to mowing. Kid on a bike flags me down "Sir your truck is on fire!" The grass fire was not out from the mower like I thought and had lit the grass in my bed on fire also. Real glad I had the fire ext. with me today. Damage was minimal bed liner took most of the abuse.

So did you save a trip to the dump or not?

I dump at my house, so I guess the grass burnt at the clients versus my place.

Shame it wasn't a house fire. Its been a while since our fire company even had two fire calls the same day.

Your lucky you didn't have any gas cans in the back of the truck. That would have been fun.
