I'm not a lco, more of a tree and landscape dude, but I have a chance to buy a 12-15year old Exmark 36" that's only had one owner and has been very well kept. What might this typically be sold for???

Kind of a tuff question as mowt commercial walk behinds are but a fond memory by that time. I would be willing to pay 400 or so if it is in good running order. Maybe a little more if it belonged to a home owner and was only used on one property.

I agree with RHETT a mower that old cant be worth more than 4 or 500 bucks. If its that old it probaby has a 10 hp engine on it.

I recently purchased an 36" exmark walk behind belt drive with kawasaki 14 hp? with velki or $800.00 It was used commercially but was too small for them . it is a couple of years old and was told original blades were still on machine. Pull start but starts first pull. I hope this helps, or at least gives you an idea.

Ok thanks. The guy is asking $500, I guess it's just a fair deal, not a hot deal.
