I have many lawns to renovate this coming season due to the widespread problems on bentgrasses and poa invaded lawns. Most of these lawns will be planted or sodded to TTTF and KYB.

I am planning to use either one of the herbicides as a pre to avoid poa germ and obviously other grassy weeds during grow in.

I would like anyone's feedback on precautions and rates when using these products. I have never used them as a pre.

    Thanks!

I operate a DIY Lawn and Pest Store here in Oklahoma City. We spray for POA in the fall here, and then again before the soil temps get to be above 50 degrees. I looked on the Quinclorac 75DF label here at the store, pg 11 of the label will give you some good guidance and has several different grasses and timing. You can google the label or whatever herbicide you may have available to you. Jeff
