I have a used 1997 International 6x12 Utility Trailer, no gate. This trailer is structurally very sound, but needs at the minimum a couple new floor boards. And a paint job. Perhaps a complete floor. It still serviced my needs, but everyone is different. The lights and wiring are a year old and work properly. The jack works, but will also need replaced. This trailer while not pretty hauls well. In the past year it has been to Chicago, IL and Columbus, OH witout any problems at all.

Also a 48" Bunton Variable Speed Belt Drive Walk Behind. Approximately 1997 vintage. Runs very well with a 14hp Kawasaki motor. Variable drive doesn't work it has one moderate speed only. Perfect for my cutting needs.

I would like $350 for the trailer and $450 for the walk behind, or trade for tools. DeWalt-Porter Cable-etc. Or 3 point attachments or old farm tractor??

Also for anyone in the Beaver County, PA area I have a 2 Bay Service station for sale in Aiquippa. It served as the base for my landscape operations for 10 years and is currently rented by the people who bought my landscaping business. It is very nice, well maintained facility. A lot of upgrades when I purchased the building:

1. Complete new electrical service
2. New office windows
3. New Fence
4. New asphalt parking lot
5. New trees and shrubs
6. New roll up garage doors and man doors
7. Exterior cleaned and painted(2-3 years ago)

Pictures for any item upon request.
