Value of New Customer

    I know margins and rates are different by company and region, but if someone were to say they had a list of customers waiting to sign up for a yearly spraying program, how much would you be willing to pay per customer?

    This is one of the oldest tricks out there….they are just trying to get a better rate. Give them a regular price and then you will give them a discount as there friends join.
