Please help with Valve Id

The zone is leaking leaking when the system is shut off.

No irrigation contractors are available so we started doing repairs. I had a guy that I would sub to but he passed away last fall. Only 63.

I paid someone to “fix” this last year. Apparently it wasn’t really fixed.

The valve seat may be scuffed, and they just replaced the diaphragm. You may need to replace the whole valve body. Pretty common with those valves if debris gets stuck between the diaphragm and seat, it scratches the seat, valve weeps..... If you take the diaphragm out you can run your fingernail around the seat and feel if it is scratched...

This is probably the best piece of advice on this thread. ANY time you replace the guts on a valve , always check the valve seat for nicks. On a 1” valve like this, it’s usually just about as cheap to buy a complete valve as it is just a diaphragm. Replace the entire top. Bonnet, diaphragm, spring and solenoid.

Valves are a POS. I beleive it has been discontinued, but can still be found
