Apparently they still a make the valve so just order a valve.Do they still make diaphragm kits?
The valve seat may be scuffed, and they just replaced the diaphragm. You may need to replace the whole valve body. Pretty common with those valves if debris gets stuck between the diaphragm and seat, it scratches the seat, valve weeps..... If you take the diaphragm out you can run your fingernail around the seat and feel if it is scratched...I paid someone to “fix” this last year. Apparently it wasn’t really fixed.
Cool thanks! I will check. This is for a commercial property. The valve seat may be scuffed, and they just replaced the diaphragm. You may need to replace the whole valve body. This is probably the best piece of advice on this thread. ANY time you replace the guts on a valve , always check the valve seat for nicks. On a 1” valve like this, it’s usually just about as cheap to buy a complete valve as it is just a diaphragm. Replace the entire top. Bonnet, diaphragm, spring and solenoid. The valve seat may be scuffed, and they just replaced the diaphragm. You may need to replace the whole valve body.
