Very High P in Lawn

Soil test came back at 320 on the P level. Every macro and mirco are at high levels too. The zoysia really seems to be struggling and thinning out in various areas. Should I be concerned with these P levels and what can be done to bring it down? The lawn was sodded in spring and I have not supplement any additional P this season.

I don't know how to remove P from soil, only plants can do that. A foliar spray of Iron and Zinc may help it if the P level is too high.

Is the zoysia well-watered, and fertilized with N and K, and in full sun?
