If you have a license, you should try a product containing 2,4D. Hedra helix and Catharanthus rosea are both broadleaf plants. Vinca minor (with the purple flowers) is a tough survivor but several applications of 1 ounce QuikPro mixed with 1 ounce Helena Rocket Oil and 2 tsp of ammonium sulfate should take it out. If you don't have a license, get a metal form stake, 25 feet of welded link light chain, and a hungry goat. Place the stake in the middle, attach the chain to the stake and the other end to the goat, and hope for the best. :D
