Volvo EC 210 BLC Lockout issues

    Ran fine before lunch, got back and now the lockout does not seem to work. It still makes the engine not able to start with it up for operation, but once the engine is started and you raise it you still have no controls operational. Is there a fuse, relay, solenoid I should be looking for? I tried getting a service manual from the dealer but that's $350-$400 and takes 2-3 weeks to make it and ship it to me.
    Called a local dealer and asked if they can scan and send me electrical diagrams troubleshooting guide for the lockout components but they do not seem to care much.

    Anyone able to point me in the right direction would be great.

    I'm a small engine mechanic but I work on some of these ASV skid steers and a few mini IHI excavators here and there. And I'm pretty familiar with the electrical side of things.

    not sure if this is your problem but on mine onetime the spring came off that holds pressure on the red lever to engage and disengage the lockout. I think you have to take the side panel off under the joystick to get to it.

    Got with a service tech and he helped me get through it. The machine has 3 solenoids side by side in the right rear compartment. I checked power to the one that operates the lockout (closet to the rear) and it had power with the safety presence switch on, and no power with it off. I then bypassed the solenoid by pressing down the button on the top and I had controls and movement. Now I just need replace that solenoid... but in the meantime I am leaving a small tree branch lodged between the button and the bracket to enable use if needed.

    You really need to watch how they are actuated, there is a slider and roller on the lock out switch, our 180WB blew 2 computers in a 2 week period last September, the switch was out of alignment by a fraction of an inch and one good bump on the road and it would send and error code. No pilot control movement and even manual mode would stall the engine.
