I'm doing a couple of apartment complexes next year and all I operate with are walkers with the ghs. I was looking at getting a couple walk behind mulchers. Any ideas?? What works best?? Good Cut with good speed?

I do not know what type of grass you are mowing but I could never get away with true mulching of my lawns. Way too much moisture content for most of the year. However if you truly can mulch, I would look into a dedicated mulching deck from Walker or you can buy a 52SD with the mulching kit and have the option of opening the deck up if things get out of hand. I have the 52 with the mulch kit and I use it for leaves. It is a beast and does an awesome job.

if you don't use the walker mulching deck, i've got an exmark metro 36" with the mulching kit (tri-vantage deck) and it does a very good job of mulching small amounts of leaves, bermuda and zoysia. does pretty good in fescue if it's not soaking wet. i'm sure hustler and a few others make good mulch kits as well.
