ok guys, been doing this for a while, but now I need a walkbehind.

I like Exmark but was looking at a Ferris HydroCut 36" Looks like I can get the Ferris for 2700.00 and to be honest that doesnt sound bad.......

If you are going to use it for more than a couple lawns a day defiantly get a Hydro because come Mid summer and it is 100 degrees you are not going to want to be man handing a belt drive every time you turn around. Also a hydro 36" for under 3K is good deal... I agree

Just purchased a used (7.4 hours) Gravely GR1334FX. Have about 2 hours of use so far and love it. Don't know if your looking for a belt drive, fixed deck but the money was right for me. ($1800 with a mulch kit) We will see how it holds up over time.
