Walker Mower prices in New Zealand

Hello all, Got my brother to check out Walker mower prices in the USA for me compared with New Zealand prices. The mower was a 21hp Diesel, 48 GHS deck, 9.5 bushel catcher. Talking NZ dollars here, USA price $ 20,620 including tax, New Zealand price $34,398 PLUS 12.5% TAX. Anybody think the same as me, we are getting ripped big time down here! Average wage in New Zealand $ 27,870 per annum. Looking at other brands next week. :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry:
