    could someone explain to me the way to adjust the walker so it does not creep along when running in park, also it looks like it is steering more towards the right. i was guessing that the adjustment nuts are right in the front on the bottom of both control arms but am not really sure?

    First you need to verify tire pressures are equal on each side. Then while sitting on the machine you need to adjust the 2 rods that will be right behind your calfs. Tighten the nut to slow that side down and loosen to speed that side up. Make sure you get nuetral correct first, then go for fine tuning your straight lines.
