Warning of scam on eBay

Hey, I found this on eBay about 6 months ago and decided to purchase it. It is called the LAWNCARE BUSINESS START-UP GUIDE - EARN $60K+ I made the mistake of buying it and all it is is a disc w/ like 5-10 Microsoft Word templates for contracts, bids, etc. It is not a guide for business or anything.
