Not sure if I posted in the right section.. My question is....does anyone here who plants annual flowers give a warranty with them?
Have a customer claiming months after we have installed them they didnt grow well so they are not paying for them...
We warranty perrenials, shrubs and trees but not annual flowers..

How can you know that they watered appropriately?
Unless on irrigation shrubs trees and plants are hard to guarantee also

    Do you maintain the annals?

I can’t think of anyone who warranties annuals especially if they weren’t hired to take care of them.

We do offer weeding and trimming.. But do not maintain annual flowers as such.

I appreciate the responses, we take pride in our work but we have never guaranteed annuals, didnt know if maybe everyone else was giving a warranty.. This customer acted like we were strange for not giving one.. He decided to tell me three months after they are planted hes not paying for them..kind of irritating..

I feel the same about trees shrubs and plants too

One time where I worked we planted a small window box for a customer
Not a full service customer so" under her care"

Two months later she called saying
    They're DEAD

We go there they are bone dry like dust bowl dusty soil
My manager replaced them and said well youll have to water them this time:)

No he paid parts of his bills but never paid in full.. He is now saying it was because the flowers didnt grow well so hes not paying for them.
