Does anyone give theese out to customers after they make an app?
Yes especially if they normally don't water
ALWAYS!! On my leave behinds I either check off "Delay watering for 2-24 hours, then water. (I highlight "then water") or "Stay on normal watering cycle." I then have a short paragraph explaining proper watering. Anytime I get a chance to explain "proper watering" to my customers I take full advantage. My customers probably get sick of all the information I leave about watering. But hey, that's half the battle to a healthy lawn.
what do you tell your customers to do?
In a nutshell: Water at first sign of wilt with 3/4 inch of water.
