Hello everyone. I have a the 37" WB and the frame has broken twice where the square tubing meets near the engine. It seems to be a bad design as about 75% of the mowers weight is focused at that weld. The 1st time it broke I re-welded it and added a bolt through each one for reinforcement. Theweld has broken again and is starting to bend the tubing where I put the bolts through. Has anyone else had this problem and any ideas on how to reinforce this so it will not break again. The mower is only about 1 year old. My 1st one was stolen

I have a 37 WB on its 4th season with over 1800 hrs. It has been used on very rough ground and used hard. NO problems.
