Yeah I did not mow last week when it was my working week due to rain. Have not mowed yesterday or today. But the lawns did not need cutting anyway. Some times it is better just to let the st.Aug grow long and then cut it. It makes no since to run over the lawn when it really does not need it. I have a neighbour that cuts his st.Aug once every six weeks in winter. Yes it looks long and very green. The best looking lawn when cut. He let's it grow then cuts it a transport height. Looks amazing.

It has been the wettest Winter we have seen for some time. No complaining, we needed it badly! lol The water table has risen but it's still not up where it needs to be.

It looks like next Thursday and Friday will be the same. Rain both days.

  4. I was saying the same thing. Not days of rain per week, but when it has rained here it has been good rain. Like Keith said, this is one of the strangest winters. It was cold here for 2.5 weeks and I'm not exaggerating. This winter has been WARM. It's a bummer in the sense that growth hasn't really slowed a whole lot. Biz has been great so I'm not complaining about that. Just really would have liked more cold weather.
