    Ours is in this link.

I do think it is important to have a site if you plan to grow. We just put this one up a few day ago and had a call from it the other day. Not bad for mid Dec.

We are not advertising it yet but we plan to.

I have a website, and it works well for not too much money. I have gotten some mowing accounts, and several landscape jobs from it. But like anything else, you need to put in some effort.

You need to make it look professional, and you need to get people to look at it. I have submitted my site to the big search engines, and I think it is pretty well optimized for them. But it took some effort, and you have to keep up with it.

I also list it on my business cards, print ads, craigslist ads, invoices, everything. Sometimes existing customers will call or email and tell me that they didn't know I offered one of the services listed on the site.

I spend $14 per month on it. I use Yahoo small business.

I think websites are very important with today's consumer. I also think it is helpful to load it full of information that would benefit your clients. For example, if you are bidding a project and mention the need for specific bushes to be planted or specific techniques in the maintenance that you are going to charge more, then it is helpful to provide a link where the client can go get more information about the topic.

Your site needs work. Bad. Us.html

In your header you say you have 15 years of experience yet you just opened up this year.

Also does it take 3 guys to cut 20 yards.

    It looks childish at best.

I know this will probably upset you, and that is not at all my intention. I feel this situation calls for being painfully blunt.

I'm glad you said it and not me, but I must agree.

Needs lots of work, better yet just start over.

I wonder how long the internet will be the same as it is now? The internet has been in popular use for about 12-15 years now.. Is that about right? I know it was actually created much earlier though, but Im referring to the time its been really popular, with most households having access. IF we look at technologies history, computer type technology is almost constantly changing, and the computers I used in high school are not even comparable to the computers of today! Which would mean the computers grade school kids are learning to use today will be completely different to the ones they will be using in 20 or so years. and that will also mean the internet will be totally different as well, who even knows how the internet will be used then? Back in the mid 90s, only computer geeks and the military used the internet, now it is used for everything. and in the future, it will definitely not be the way it is today. I dont know whether to go as far as calling it a "fad" or not, but when you look back, usually things like this turn out to be fads, and one day all us old guys will be sitting around talking about how cool the internet was, and the young guys will not even know what we are talking about!!
