I'm located in north central Ky. I recently killed a whole lawn with Round Up because it was mostly crabgrass and power seeded it with Rebel fescue. The new planting has become infested with weeds. I've attached links to photos of the weeds. What are they and what can I do? Thanks

looks like purselane possibly, u could Q4 it and be left with dirt and a few blades of grass, or roundup and try again next year.

Does the blade of the weed have a milky residue when your break it? It's hard to tell what it is but you can count on it will choke out any fescue seedlings. It's about too late to start over again as by the time you kill it and re-seed, the weather will be too cold.
    Good luck,

just spray it a couple times with Quicksilver or Octane.

    where are the fescue sprouts?
