PA Home Improvement Contractor number. If you do residential landscapes in the amount of $500 or more, then you're required to have them

If you are a skilled subcontractor that can do one of the listed scopes of work please PM me your info and what site/scope you are interested in and some idea of your rates eg hourly , daily, by cubic yards etc.

Contracts are all for this year, most are around july-sept
This is all commercial work- lien waivers are required, some jobs may require hardhats.

I'll get back to you tomorrow about it, that's about 85 miles door to door... That seems like quite a ways!

Ok. I have a PAHIC #, but all the ones in my area are in the format PA #XXXXXX. No dashes, doesn't start with 46. Mines only 5 digits.

Brown/tan metallic Chevy S10 along Wilette road. Anyone from here?

That sounds more like a Federal Tax ID number as I think mine starts with 45-something.

My HIC # is 09233295 or something.

I had that thought too, but didn't know why you would have it displayed.

YTD mowing sales as of April 30, 2013, compared to April 30, 2012

    Jobs: 49%
    Revenue: 52%

I am going to need full July and August schedules, just to equal season totals from last year.

    Anybody else to share?

Today was my first really busy day. I did TWELVE "21 inch Toro lawns". (8 yesterday)

Late spring and cheap bastages dragging their feet about getting first cuts yielded less income.
Lost a few clients to the usual things like "moved", or "son is old enough to do it now". Picked up a few new ones too, so that is correcting itself.

    Looking forward to tomorrow. It's 36" walk-behind day. ;)
