I’ve been thinking about this so I figured I’d ask it here amongst the high ranking lawn care professionals. If you had to come up with an average across your entire account list , what is your price per mow ? I’ll kick it off and mine is $45 per mow on average across all my clients.

This is a very subjective question. Way too many variables to consider when comparing avg prices between members. Location, lawn size, equipment used, quality expected, ect...

Agreed. Way to by variables. We could be comparing price per cut on a guy who does strickly commercial in a city and commanding huge money while another guy could be doing only 1/8 acre lots in a very rural, low cost of living area.

For residential in a suburb of Dallas, my average price is $35. I have a few in zero lot neighborhoods where I charge $20, but I knock out 4 in a half hour. I also have some large properties where I charge $50. My "minimum" is 30 for a non zero lot, any haggling and I walk.

Im at an average price of $38...not including the larger properties. Most of my clients are at this average price. I'm not including properties 1/2 acre and up.
