I would like to grow 20-30% a year as well.
Buy a new truck
Buy a house
Buy a boat
Marry my girlfriend
Buy a cabin
Is this in a specific order?
i'd like to continue to work my overnight job, and build up enough customers so i can have 2 incomes, and pay my house off within 4 or 5 years, and start out full time debt free. lol. easier said than done..
I will be going solo full time at the end of the year with about 25 regulars, goal is to have 45 by the end of the season next year.
to not plow anymore
to those who do know what they want and where they want to go with their business, and personal stuff, how do you plan to obtain these goals. i personally am increasing my advertising like crazy, flyers will allow me to buy the dump truck, and bagger system i want/need for fall clean ups 30,000 color mailers with the offers i put on are gonna have people calling my phone for sure. i'm very excited about these. the first 10,000 will be going out in about 2 weeks. i feel i will yield the best results from the mailers that are going out in october and november.
easy enough hire someone else to plow. if you think you can trust them.
You just read my mind. I hate plowing, in fact i despise it.
