i wanted to know what people were paying there employees that just do mowing.. no landscaping...
I don't! It's more profitable to stay solo. If you really want an answer to your question do a search. This subject was discussed last week, and had quite a few good reply's.
More profittable to be solo? You must have done something wrong then. Any profit that you make off an employee makes it more profitable then working solo right? I only have one employee and he gets paid $15/hr.
We start at $10hr.
