My cost to buy Dylox 6.2 is $32 per 30 pound bag (3 pounds/1,000sf). I have been charging my customers who have choosen not to use a grub preventative $39 to treat up to 2,000 sq ft. Also, I charge $49 for Mach II as a preventative (up to 5,000 sq ft). Just wondering what others charge and if I'm too cheap.

During the spring, look at competitors' estimates left on the door.

Your prices seem in line. We charge the same for summer grub preventer (Merit) as we do grubworm killer (Dylox).

Small lawns = big profit. Large lawns = charge 2 to 4 times product cost......depending on lawn size.

Keep in mind that grubworm killer often requires more "out of the way" drive time.

    Hope this helps.:usflag:
