What do you guys charge for mulch installed and does that price include cleanup?
All depends on the conditions. I usually charge around $50 a yard, plus labor to clean existing beds/ edge beds/ spread it.
$50-$55 per yard. edging is more, I charge about $1.50 per linear foot for edging.
General Prep and Clean out - $125 - $225
Bed Edging - $75 - $200 * if needed
Landscape Fabric - $65 - $125 * if needed
Mulch - $75 per cubic Yard Installed w/ 5 Cu. Yd. Min.
Delivery - $65 - $100 *depending on Location and Job Size
Labor & Dumping - Included
Hope that helps
We start $81 a yard, and try to get $101.25 if we can. I am leaning more towards 101 the way gas prices are going.
Double shredded hardwood $65/yd installed. Everything else is T&T.
Crazy thing, I remember about 4 years ago I was charging $45 per cubic yard with just a $75 clean-up fee. Boy, amazing that I even made money, but guess then my overhead was no where near what it is now. I am going to test the water this year and try to flirt with $100 plus per yard and see how high I can go. We have been on fire this year with Mulch installs, so I am not afraid to trial this. Whats the most someone has gotten for a cubic yard of mulch?
$75 a yard plus clean-up fee
Another question what are all you guys paying for just the mulch by the yard?
$20 or $28 per yard, depending on where we go.
