What do you guys do to find a employee?

    Could there really be liability issues with an employee who has been high on his own time as it can stay in system up to a month?

    Then call your insurance agent and ask them what happens if an employee causes a claim with weed in his system.

    I'm sure you already have done this though.

    Medicinal MJ is legal in Meechigan, doesn't mean my insurance company likes it. And they don't.

    Neither do my customers. I have customers that require me to perform background checks. And have stricter driving infraction requirements than my insurance.

    And remember. Weed is still illegal at the federal level, no matter what your state says.
