What do your bids look like?

    I tried searching for some examples, but found none.

    I was asked by a new hotel to give them a bid for cutting their grass. I have not really had to submit any written bids so far. (I was kind of surprised by this, as this is my 3rd season.) I want it to look nice, but I dont know what it should look like. I dont remember ever having seen one from another company.

    I need to submit something today, so if anyone would be so kind as to post an example, or describe one, I would REALLY appreciate it.

    make up a estimate for just the lawn mowing ( how long you think it would take you )
    make up another estimate for fertilizing, one for pruning & trimming,spring & fall cleanup
    what ever they are asking from you, be specific in your estimate as to what you are going to do.. give a cover letter thanking them for the bid. and follow up in a week or so
